纵坡路段沥青路面摊铺与碾压工艺方法的探讨

Discussion on Paving and Rolling Method of Longitudinal Slope Asphalt Pavement

目前国内施工单位对常规路段的沥青路面施工技术相对比较成熟,但遇到长大纵坡路段时,基本与常规路段同等对待,没有较强针对性的工艺方法。针对长大纵坡路段摊铕和碾压过程中机械受力特点进行分析,得出以下结论:(1)无论是沥青混合料的摊铺还是碾压,基本原则是摊铺和碾压方向与行车方向相同。(2)当有连续下坡时,则应由坡底向坡顶进行施工;当连续上坡过程中有小段反坡时,反坡路段也应当按照坡底向坡顶的方向施工。

The domestic construction technology of conventional road asphalt pavement in the construc. tion companies is relatively mature now. But when facing long longitudinal slope sections, they usually treat them as conventional road but no strong targeted technology. This paper analyzed the mechanical stress characteristics in paving and roiling process, and got the following conclusions： （1） No matter what paving or rolling, the basic principle was that the direction of paving and rolling was same as driving direction. （2） If there was a continuous down - slope, the method was from its base to the top ; and if there was a small anti - slope in continuous up - slope, the construction direction of anti - slope was also from its base to the top.
