福建省高校中长跑项目运动员参赛风险评估与防范

College Athletes' Participating Risk and Prevention in Middle and Long Distance Race in Fujian Province

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,借助福建省第十四届大学生田径运动会为研究平台,对福建省高校中长跑项目运动员的参赛风险进行评估,分析中长跑项目运动员面临的三大风险源:参赛选手可能遇到的风险、对手可能带来的风险、参赛环境可能出现的风险,揭示其存在的不同风险因素,并就如何控制中长跑项目运动员的参赛风险,提出相应的防范措施.

By means of literature,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,and by re-sorting to the platform of the 14th College Students Game of the Fujian Province,the article evaluates the Fuj ian college athletes’risk in participating in the middle and long distance race,and analyzes the three risk sources facing athletes themselves：the risks athletes may encounter themselves,the risks op-ponents may bring about and the risks the environment may cause.The article reveals the different risk factors and puts forward some relevant prevention measures concerning how athletes participating in middle and long distance race can control risks.
