摘要 为了解决智能电网中变电站告警直传信息无法分区分流、进行告警抑制以及上下级调度系统、主-备调等异构系统中信息共享和交互困难的问题,通过对告警直传的研究,采用基于模型匹配策略和基于人工干预按需屏蔽策略实现了告警直传信息按需屏蔽。并对告警直传信息进行分区分流、统计分析,实现异构系统间数据信息交互,解决了数据交互的难题,为省级-地区级调度系统、网调-省级调度系统、主-备调系统间信息共享和信息交互提供了解决方法。在多个调度系统中实际使用效果良好。 In order to solve the problems of information sharing and interaction difficult in Smart Grid Substation a- larm straight biography information , which cannot be partitioned shunt, alarm suppression and subordinate dispatc- hing system, main-preparing adjusted in heterogeneous systems, the study on warning straight biography, which u- sing model matching strategy based on artificial intervention and on-demand shielding strategy to achieve the alarm straight biography information shielding based on on-demand. The warning straight biography information is parti- tioned the shunt and statistical analysis, to realize information interaction between heterogeneous systems, and to solve the problem of data interaction. That provides a new solution for information sharing and interaction between the provincial-level scheduling systems, network area-the provincial dispatching systems and main-preparing sys- tems. The practical application effect in a number of scheduling system is well.
