摘要
随着我国电网信息化水平的提高,全寿命周期设计建设管理将在变电站设备管理领域发挥越来越重要的作用。系统分析了变电站专业管理的指标体系及目标值和主要措施,并对变电站全寿命周期设计建设管理进行了全面的设计优化。在编制变电站设备技术规范过程中,对设备提出寿命管理,建立了产品重大质量问题厂家负责返厂修复的"召回"制度,从而实现了变电站资产全寿命周期成本最优化的目标。
With the development of the level of the information, the life cycle construction and management of the transformer substation have been paid more and more attention to. The target system and the target value of the transformer substation management and the major measures are analyzed and the life cycle construction and manage- ment of the transformer substation has a comprehensive design optimization. Additionally, in the preparation of sub- station equipment specification, the management of the LCC has been proposed and set up "recall" system for a- chieving optimum management of the LCC of the transformer substation.
