摘要
[目的]观察耳穴压豆缓解急性心肌梗死病人焦虑的疗效。[方法]将74例心肌梗死发生焦虑病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予耳穴压豆。观察两组病人焦虑症状改善情况。[结果]观察组总有效率为89.2%,高于对照组的48.6%。[结论]耳穴压豆可缓解急性心肌梗死病人焦虑,效果优于常规护理。
Obj ective：To observe the effect of auricular points pressure beans for relieving anxiety of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods：A total of 74 cases of myocardial infarction patients with anxiety occurrence were randomly divided into control group and observation group,37 cases in each,the patients in control group received routine care, besides that,patients in observation group were given auricular points pres-sure beans.The improvement of patients’anxiety symptom was observed. Results：The total effective rate was 89.2% in observation group,which was higher than that of control group,48.6%.Conclusion：Auricular point pres-sure beans can alleviate the anxiety in acute myocardial infarction patients, and its effect was better than routine care.
