快速康复护理在氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗前列腺癌中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]总结经会阴氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗前列腺癌的快速康复护理策略,促进病人康复。[方法]选择2012年7月—2014年6月我院前列腺癌病人28例,采用ENDOCARE氩氦刀系统按照UCLA中心的规范化治疗程序进行经直肠超声引导的经会阴靶向穿刺冷冻治疗。在围术期开展系列快速康复护理措施,强调快速康复并进行随访观察。[结果]28例病人均获成功治疗,手术时间60min^95min,平均82min,术后恢复快,平均住院时间为7d,术后随访3个月~22个月,未见前列腺癌生化复发及明显并发症发生。[结论]经会阴氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗前列腺癌具有安全、微创、痛苦少、恢复快等优势。快速康复护理策略与该治疗方法相辅相成,进一步凸显该治疗方法的优越性,使前列腺癌病人能够得到更有效治疗并快速康复。
