试论青年思想引领的体系建设——基于对四川省部分学校调研的分析

System Construction of Youth Thought Leading——Based on the School Survey in Sichuan Province

思想引领是一个老生常谈而又不能不谈的问题,必须充分认识到这个问题的长期性、艰巨性、紧迫性。现实社会中,一些做人无道德底线、行为无社会规范、牟利不择手段的现象屡见不鲜,这显现出思想引领问题具有的现实紧迫性。多年来,对此问题理论研究多,效果检查少;顶层设计强,基层操作弱;口头强调多,具体落实少。通过对思想引领的概略回顾和深入不同学校进行调研,分析了学校思想引领的现状、青年认知规律,研究了提高思想引领的有效性及青年思想引领的体系建设的方法。

The thought leading is a platitude problem, which is long-term, arduous and urgent. In realistio society, some people and their behaviors are lack of moral bottom line and social norms, so the problem is urgent. Over the years, theory study is more than effect inspection, top design is stronger than the basic operations, oral emphasis is more than specific implementation. By reviewing and surveying, the study analyzes the current situation of thought leading in school and youth cognitive rules, then it puts forword how to improve the effectiveness and system construction of thought leading.
