边疆少数民族地区干部教育培训研究——基于新疆和田地区的调查

Problems and Countermeasures of the Cadre Training in Frontier Minority Region——Based on Investigation of Xinjiang Hetian

文章立足于新疆和田地区干部教育培训实际,通过问卷调查的方式,剖析了边疆少数民族地区干部教育培训存在的主要问题,提出从转变观念、增加经费投入、健全评价机制、加强师资队伍建设和创新培训模式等方面加强边疆少数民族地区干部教育培训,以提升其教育培训的整体效益。

This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the cadre training in frontier minority region, by way of Xinjiang Hetian practice and questionnaire survey. It put forward to strengthen the cadre training in the frontier minority region from some aspects, to improve the overall benefit of training, such as, changing con- cepts, increasing the funding, strengthening evaluation mechanism, building the contingent of teachers, and innovating training model, etc.
