内、外侧入路治疗肱骨干中下段骨折的疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较内侧入路和外侧入路钢板内固定治疗肱骨干中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2008年1月至2013年1月收治的78例肱骨干中下段骨折患者,其中42例行内侧入路钢板内固定,36例行外侧入路钢板内固定。观察和比较两组患者的手术时间、切口长度、出血量、平均住院时间、并发症的发生率和临床疗效。结果内侧入路和外侧入路钢板内固定治疗肱骨干中下段骨折的临床疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),但内侧入路可减少桡神经损伤的风险。结论内侧入路和外侧入路治疗肱骨干中下段骨折可获得相当的临床效果,但内侧入路组切口隐蔽,减少了桡神经损伤的风险。
