辽宁省中小企业技术创新的现状与对策分析

Present Situation and Countermeasure of Technology Innovation of SMEs in Liaoning Province

以辽宁省中小企业在2005—2011年间的技术创新数据为研究对象,从技术创新科研资金投入情况、科技人力资源总量及变化态势、技术创新产出状况三个方面对辽宁省中小企业技术创新的绩效进行了实证分析。结果表明,中小企业的投融资机制不完善,研究人员占科研活动人员的比例较小,对基础研究和应用研究不够重视。针对上述问题,提出促进辽宁省中小企业技术创新的对策。

From the investment of technology innovation research funds, the total amount of human resources and changes of science and technology, the output status of technological innovation of SMEs in Liaoning province, empirical analysis are made on the performance of technology innovation based on the data of technological innovation of the SMEs in Liaoning province from year 2005 to 2011. The results show that the SMEs＇ investment and financing mechanism is not perfect, and the researchers accounted for the proportion of scientific research personnel is small, and there is not enough attention on basic research and applied research, etc. Combined with the analysis of the above problems, suggestions of promoting SMEs＇ technological innovation are put forward.
