以沈阳市铁西区金地社区、新湖社区的物业管理模式为范例,分析了宜居社区理念下物业管理的新特点,探索了开发商自组物业管理模式及社区与物业公司合作管理模式在社区生存与发展中的不同特点。

The characteristics of property management are analyzed under the concept of livable communities, taking Jindi community and Xinhu community of Tiexi District of Shenyang as an example. The characteristics of self-organized property management and cooperation management between community and the property company are discussed.
