摘要
分析了美国外来移民与我国进城务工人员基础教育财政政策差异,认为美国投入大量资金解决人口流动带来的随迁子女教育问题,对社会发展起到了重要作用,美国针对移民人口的教育财政政策对我国解决进城务工人员子女的教育问题具有一定的参考意义。
The difference of the basic education fiscal policies of American immigrants and China＇s migrant population are analyzed. United States invested heavily in solving the problems of the education of children caused by population movements, which plays an important role in social development. It is considered that, American education financial policy for the immigrant population has a certain reference significance to solve the education issues of migrant workers＇ children.
