溶瘤腺病毒因能够杀伤膀胱癌细胞同时对正常组织几乎没有影响而受到人们的广泛关注,对其进行了多方面的研究,其中特异性启动子调控的溶瘤腺病毒是研究热点。人们通过插入单个或多个特异性启动子构建了治疗膀胱癌的组织特异性溶瘤腺病毒来提高其靶向性、特异性和安全性。现就特异性启动子调控溶瘤腺病毒治疗膀胱癌的原理、研究进展以及存在的问题等方面进行综述。

Oncolytic adenovirus have drawn extensive attention, because they can kill bladder carcinoma cells with almost no effect on normal tissues. Studies have been conducted in many aspects, among which the oncolytic adenoviruses regulated by specific promoter is a hot area. Many kinds of oncolyitc adenoviruses by inserting single or multiple specific promoters to increase the specificity,targeting and safety. Here is to make a review of the research of specific promoter regulated oncolytic adenovirus treatment for bladder cancer from the perspective of the principle,the advancement, and the existing problems.
