颅内静脉窦血栓形成的血管内介入治疗进展

Research Progress in Endovascular Interventional Treatment for Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis

颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)是一种少见却可能致死的疾病。抗凝是一线治疗方法,大部分患者可因此获益,但抗凝后仍有部分患者病情恶化。抗凝失败时,可考虑给予血管内介入治疗,包括静脉接触溶栓、机械溶栓、经动脉溶栓及支架植入术等方法,然而其安全性仍存在争议,目前尚未建立统一的治疗标准。该文对CVST的血管内介入治疗进展予以综述。

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis（CVST） is a rare but potentially lethal disease. Anticoagula- tion is the first-line treatment from which most patients can benefit. However, a percentage of patients deteriorate despite anticoagulation. When antieoagulation fails, the endovascular interventional treatment including intravenous thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy,intraarterial thrombolysis, and stenting should be considered. However,there are still some disputes over its safety. By far,there are no established criteria. Here is to make a review of the research progress in endovascular interventional treatment for CVST.
