摘要
心肌声学造影(MCE)是指注射声学造影剂后应用三维或多普勒超声技术观察心肌灌注的新型诊断技术。近年来,MCE已从实验室研究走向临床应用,成为临床上实时、安全、准确评价心肌灌注的诊断技术,广泛用于心肌梗死的诊断,评价冠状动脉介入及旁路移植手术的疗效,评价心肌存活性,鉴别冬眠及顿抑心肌,评价冠状动脉血流速度储备功能等,且在心脏疾病治疗中具有极大的潜在价值。
