中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版路径探讨——以设立广西边境自由贸易区为例

Discussion on the Route of Upgraded Version of CAFTA——Taking Guangxi Border Trade Area as an Example

中国—东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)升级版对中国实施自由贸易区战略有着重要的意义,对其路径的探讨有利于更好地实施该战略。中国的自由贸易区建设分为境外自由贸易区和境内自由贸易区两大部分。境内自由贸易区是境外自由贸易区的试点。本文以广西边境自由贸易区为例,从八个方面提出了试验点内容,说明我国在广西、云南设立边境自由贸易区可以更好地配合CAFTA升级版的实施,有利于我国更好地实施自由贸易区战略。

To upgrade the CAFFA is of significance for China to implement the strategy of free trade area, thus, the route of which shall be analyzed for better implement this strategy. The construction of the China free trade area can be divided into two categories, one is foreign trade area, anther one is domestic trade area. The domestic trade area is a pilot for foreign trade area. Guangxi, as an example can be analyzed by eight aspects which proved that the establishment of free trade area in Yunnan and Guangxi will be beneficial to the upgraded version of CAFTA as well as the implementation of strategies for free trade area.
