中药煎煮和浓缩锅防溢报警装置的研制及效益分析

Technical Report of Set Up Anti-overflow Alarm Device for Concentrated Decoction Pot's Development and Effect Analysis of TCM

目的研制一种中药煎煮和浓缩锅防溢报警装置,并将其安装于可倾斜敞口式夹层锅上进行防溢监听,并考察其使用前后对减少人工工时的情况,测算出本院全年新产生的经济效益。方法自制包括有液位探头、探头固定架及报警器的防溢报警装置,并将其安装于可倾斜敞口式夹层锅上进行报警监听,将其用于我院共11个批次的合剂、糖浆剂、膏滋剂、片剂、胶囊剂及熬炼蜂蜜(中蜜)生产中,记录该生产工况下所用的人工工时,并和未安装该报警装置的原夹层锅生产另11个批次的上述品种进行工时对照。再根据所测数据测算出本院全年所产生的经济效益。结果安装有防溢报警装置的可倾斜敞口式夹层锅在煎煮药材、浓缩药液及熬膏时所需用的人工工时均较没安装报警装置的夹层锅要少,加装该报警装置的夹层锅在生产11个批次的品种时分别减少工时48.44%、48.09%、50.22%、49.28%、50.30%、50.30%、49.37%、45.43%、49.50%、50.16%及48.62%,平均值为49.06%。结论该报警装置制作简单,灵敏度高,寿命长,可改善生产人员的工作环境等特点,可产生明显的经济和社会效益,值得推广。

Objective A kind of Chinese medicine decoction and concentration pot which had an anti -overflow alarm device was de- veloped and be used. After using this kind of pot,we examined the reduce labor hours before and after it using and calculated the annual new generating economic benefits in our hospital. Methods The tilted open sandwich pot has been modified as follows：sandwich pot upper part was drilled four holes all of which were welded stainless steel pipe. The pipes were placed inside stainless steel tube sets with high temperature silicone tube probes and composed of two probes. The two probes and alarm device were connected by wires. We used the modified sandwich pot for mixture,syrup,plaster,tablet, capsule and refine honey （moderate honey） in the 11 batches in our hospital and recorded the labor hours using the production conditions which compared the old sandwich pot. According to the measured data, we calculated the annual economic benefits generated all the year round. Results In the decoction, concentrating liquid and boiling cream, the sandwich pot with anti - overflow alarm device used less labor hours than the old sandwich pot. In the 11 batches, the modified sandwich pot reduced labor hours as follows ：48.44% ,48.09% ,50.22% ,49.28% ,50.30% ,50.30% ,49.37% ,45.43% ,49.50% ,50.16 % ,48.62% ;and the average value was 49.06%. Conclusions The Chinese medicine decoction and concentration pot which had an anti - overflow alarm device had the characteristics of making simple, high sensitivity, long service life and could improve tile work environment of the production. This pot could produce significant economic and social benefits, be worthy recommending.
