温阳益心汤配合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation Of Wengyangyixintang Decotion Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察温阳益心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。在西医常规治疗的基础上,观察组采用温阳益心汤配合辨证施治加减用药,对照组采用参麦注射液静脉滴注。结果观察组总有效率为98%,对照组为76%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后比较,在"心悸"、"气喘"、"胸痛"、"四肢浮肿"4项指标对比中有极显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组在"心悸"、"咳嗽咯痰"两项指标对比中有极显著性差异(P<0.01);观察组与对照组在"心悸"、"气喘"、"胸痛"、"四肢浮肿"4项指标对比中有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论温阳益心汤能显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者的临床症状,其疗效明显优于对照组。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Wenyangyixintang decoction in treatment of chronic heart failure. Method 100 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. Based on the conventional treatment, the observation group treated with Wenyangyixintang decoction, and the control group used SMI intravenous infusion. Results Total effective rate was 98% in the control group, and 76% in the observation group, the total efficiency of the two groups had significant differences（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment and after treatment, statistically, there had a significant difference in which ＂ palpitations＂, ＂ asthma＂, ＂ chest pain＂, ＂swollen limbs＂ four indicators contrast（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment compared with the control group, the observation group in the ＂ palpitation ＂ ,＂ cough expectorate＂ two indicators contrast, there had significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Among them, in the ＂heart palpitations＂, ＂asthma＂, ＂swollen limbs＂ contrast there had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Wenyangyixintang decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure, and its efficacy was significantly better than the control group.
