射频结合中药治疗颈椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Radiofrequency Combined with Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Cervical Disc Herniation

目的观察颈椎间盘射频消融术结合中药治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 40例患者分为2组,A组20例采用颈椎间盘手术治疗,B组20例行颈椎间盘射频消融术结合中药治疗,以VAS评分差值判断疗效。结果 40例患者均随访6个月。2组术后1周及术后6个月VAS评分对比术前VAS评分差值比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论颈椎间盘射频消融术结合中药治疗可以有效改善患者疼痛症状,且近期及远期治疗效果均与手术病人无明显差异。

Objective Observe the treatment effect of radiofrequency combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of cervical disc herniation, nehods 40 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into 2 groups. Group A of 20 were used radiofrequency treatment of the cervical intervertebral disc combined with Chinese medicine and group B of 20 were used cervical intervertebral disc surgical treatment of cervical spondylosis. Results 40 patients were followed up for 6 months. At the 1 st week and 6 months after surgery,postoperative and preoperative vas score were compared. Results There was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Radiofrequency combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of cervical spondylosis can improve the pain symptoms of cervical spondylosis. Recent and forward curative effect of the two groups have no significant statistical difference.
