土家医烧灯火疗法治疗继发性坐骨神经痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tujia Medical Lights Burning Therapy on of Sciatica Secondary

目的观察土家医烧灯火疗法治疗继发性坐骨神经痛临床疗效。方法将70例坐骨神经痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组35例予土家医烧灯火治疗,对照组35例予电针疗法治疗,每天1次,总共治疗10次,对比观察2组疼痛改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为97%,对照组为86%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论土家医烧灯火疗法治疗继发性坐骨神经痛疗效更好,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Tujia medical lights burning therapy on sciatica secondary. Mehods 70 cases of sciatica patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases of treatment group treated with Tujia soil lights burn,35 cases of control group used acupuncture therapy, 1 time every day, treating for 10 times, observe the pain improvement of the two groups. Results The total efficiency is 97% in treatment group,and 86% in control group, there has significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tujia medical lights burning therapy on sciatica secondary has better effect, and worthy to spreading.
