摘要
根据某型液压作动器的测试要求,设计研制了一套综合测试试验台系统,但在调试过程中遭遇了变频器电磁干扰的问题,严重影响试验台系统的正常运行。为了解决这一问题,该文从原因入手,介绍了变频器干扰产生的原因,并具体分析了变频器干扰的传播途径,然后分别从电磁干扰源和传播途径这两方面入手,提出了多项抗干扰对策。经实践应用证明,在使用了这一系列抗干扰措施后,试验台系统恢复正常,性能良好,满足试验需求。
There was an integrated test-bed system, which was developed according to the testing requirements of a certain hydraulic actuator. However, the system suffered the problem of interference of inverter in debugging, which impacted the function of the system seriously. To solve this problem, this article describes the causes of the interference of inverter from the perspective of the reason, and analyzes the transmission routes of the interference of inverter in detail. Then it proposes a variety of anti-interference measures from the two aspect electromagnetic interference (EMI) source and the transmission routes respectively. It was proved by practice that the system restored normal and performed well after taking the series of anti- interference measures, which met the needs of experiments.
