摘要
提出了一种基于10kV配电网的电压暂降源定位与识别的方法。利用有限的监测点采集的数据,根据电压暂降发生时系统中能量的流动变化,判定电压暂降源相对于监测点的位置;从三相电压是否平衡、暂降深度、有功功率变化和电压总谐波畸变率等方面研究了几种常见电压暂降源的特征;根据各类电压暂降源的特性以及仿真试验提取相应的特征量并设立判据,从而实现了对线路故障、感应电机启动和变压器投运引起的电压暂降的识别。
Based on the 10kV distribution system, a new method of voltage sag source location and recognition was proposed in this paper.With limited data, the voltage sag source location relative to the monitoring site was deter-mined according to the flow of the energy in the system.The characteristics of several common voltage sag sources were analyzed from such aspects as the balance of three-phase voltage, sag depth, changes of active power and total harmonic distortion of voltage.According to the characteristics of the sources and simulation tests, the criteria for judgment were established so as to recognize the voltage sag caused by power system short-circuit faults, starting up of the induction motors and energization of power transformers.
