摘要
在固定床加氢微反装置上,采用硫化态Ni Mo W/Al2O3催化剂,以廊乡林业局轻质木焦油(<300℃馏分)为原料考察反应条件对加氢脱氧性能的影响。结果表明,适当降低反应空速、提高反应压力、提高反应温度均有利于提高催化剂加氢脱氧反应活性,提高加氢产物的热值。在反应温度380℃、反应压力8.0MPa、体积空速0.8h-1、氢/油体积比800∶1的条件下,加氢生成油的氧含量明显降低,热值显著提高。轻质馏分油可作为化工轻油原料进行下游加工,中质馏分油主要技术指标均符合船用馏分燃料油(GB/T17411-1998)标准要求,可直接作为船用燃料油调和组分使用。
Catalytic hydrogenation of light fraction(〈300℃)from Langxiang forestry bureau wood tar was carried out in a fixed bed reactor with sulfided Ni Mo W/Al2O3 as catalyst.The effects of several factors on the product properties were preliminarily investigated,including reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure,liquid hourly space ve-locity and hydrogen/feedstock volume ratio.The results showed that increasing temperature,high hydrogen pressure and long residence time(reciprocal LHSV)promoted the removal of nitrogen and quality of product. Under the selected conditions of T=380℃、P=8.0MPa、LHSV=0.8h^-1、V(H2)/V(Oil)= 800∶1 for the catalytic hydrogenation of light fraction,the product oil possessed low content of oxygen and high calorific value the mid-fractian can be which could be directly used as the bunker fuel.
