摘要
以柠檬酸三钠、Sn Cl2、Na OH为原料合成了柠檬酸亚锡二钠,对反应条件进行了优选。得出下述最佳工艺条件:柠檬酸三钠对Sn Cl2过量2%,反应温度为80℃,反应终点p H值为6。沉淀经洗涤后为中间产物柠檬酸二亚锡,柠檬酸二亚锡与柠檬酸三钠以摩尔比为1∶1.2投料可制备柠檬酸亚锡二钠,产物亚锡含量29.5%以上。
Disodium stannous citrate was synthesized with sodium citrate, stannous chloride, sodium hydroxide as raw materials, The reaction conditions were optimized. The optimal technological conditions were as follows:sodium citrate exceeded 2% for stannous chloride, reaction temperature was 80℃ and the p H of reaction endpoint was 6. Precipitation after washing was intermediate distannous citrate, disodium stannous citrate was prepared in molar ratio of distannous citrate to sodium citrate was 1∶1.2, stannous content of product was over 29.5%.
