摘要
以红色大花月季不带芽茎段为外植体,研究了不同浓度6-BA对红色大花月季愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的6-BA对愈伤组织的诱导率、生长量和产生速率都有明显的促进作用;6-BA浓度为1.5 mg/L时,愈伤组织的诱导率和生长量均达到最高,分别为94%和0.9706 g/瓶;红色大花月季愈伤组织诱导的最佳诱导培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L 6-BA。
Taking red big flower rose stem segments without bud as explants,the effect of different concentrations of 6-BA on callus induction were studied in this paper.The results showed that appropriate concentration of 6-BA could significantly promote the induction rate,growth amount and growth rate.When the6-BA concentration was 1.5 mg/L,the callus induction rate and growth amount reached the highest as 94%and 0.9706 g per bottle respectively.The optimum medium for callus induction of red big flower rose was MS + 0.5 mg/L NAA + 1.5 mg/L 6-BA.
