Countermeasures to Increases Grain Production under the Background of the Mobility of Rural Human Resources

分析农村劳动力转移对粮食生产的不利影响,基于资源要素优化配置角度,提出加快推动农业机械化、人力资源开发和粮食科技推广,进而实现农村劳动力转移的替代,以有效可持续实现粮食增产。

Analysis the adverse effects of the mobility of rural human resources to increasing grain production. Based on optimal configuration of resources, the issue put forwoard that we should promote agricultural mechanization,human resources development and promotion of food science and technology in order to achieve the mobility of rural human resources and sustainable grain production.
