摘要
打造低碳生态新城,是在实现"深度城市化"过程中的一个重要发展方向。在借鉴德国发展低碳经济先进理念的基础上,提出了低碳生态新城的建设思路,旨在探索一条适合于上海的低碳发展道路。
Building low carbon ecological new cities is an important direction of development in the process of realizing ＆quot;in-depth urbanization＆quot;. On the basis of referring German advanced idea of low carbon economy, it proposes construction thoughts on low carbon ecological new city for exploring a low carbon development road that is suitable for Shanghai.
