摘要
爆炸场压力信号测试过程中,现场干扰容易引起错误的系统触发导致测试失败。针对分布式存储测试系统,提出一种多存少取的测试技术。大容量的测试数据存储实现长时间的信号记录,可避免误触发引起的失效;标记并提取小容量的有效数据段,可改善数据传输和数据处理效率。设计并研制了一种基于多存少取技术的爆炸场地面压力测试系统,测试节点采样速率1 Msps、128 Gb数据存储、512 k W有效数据段提取,并具有Wi-Fi无线网络覆盖。
During measuring pressure signals of explosion field,the interference on site causes easily wrong system triggering to make measurements fail.A measurement technology based on mass storage and less read was proposed for a distributed storage measurement system.Long signal recording acquisition was achieved with mass storage of measurement data to avoid failure due to wrong triggering.On the other hand,small valid data segments were extracted with signal marking to improve the efficiency of data transmission and data processing.A measurement system based on mass storage and less read technology was designed and developed for ground pressure measurement of an explosion field,and the measurement nodes were characterized with sampling rate of 1 Msps,data storage of 1 28Gb,valid data segment extraction of 51 2kW,and Wi-Fi wireless network coverage.
