摘要
目的 :探讨慢病管理团队"看图对话"互动式教育对2型糖尿病患者遵医行为的效果。方法 :100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组进行由国际糖尿病联盟推出的"看图对话"工具互动式教育,对照组采用大讲堂及发放健康教育宣传资料进行糖尿病常规教育。6个月后比较两组患者糖尿病基本知识认知及遵医行为的效果。结果 :干预后干预组患者糖尿病认知度高于对照组,遵医行为显著好于对照组(P=0.002)。结论 :"看图对话"互动式教育可以提高2型糖尿病患者的疾病认知度和遵医行为。
Objective: To discuss the result of the interactive education model of “dialogue with the picture”; of the chronic disease management team on the compliance behavior of the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: One hundred patients suffering from type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control one. The interactive education model of“dialogue with the picture”; which was put out by the international diabetes federation was implemented in the intervention group. The conventional diabetes education including the large auditoriums and pamphlets of health education were applied in the control group. The basic knowledge of diabetes and compliance behaviors in the two groups was compared after 6 months. Results: After the intervention, the diabetes awareness in the intervention group was higher than that in control group and the compliance behavior in the intervention group was obviously better than in the control group (P=0.002). Conclusion:The interactive education model of the “dialogue with the picture” can increase the diabetes awareness of the patients with type 2 diabetes and their compliance behavior.
