多系统萎缩-C型患者交感神经皮肤反应和R-R间期变化率的特点

摘要 目的观察多系统萎缩-C型(MSA-C)患者交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)和R-R间期变化率(RRIV)的变化特点,为MSA-C患者自主神经功能检查提供电生理诊断依据。方法测定12例MSA-C患者(患者组)和15例健康志愿者(对照组)SSR和RRIV,记录双手和双足的SSR起始潜伏期和波幅,以及平静呼吸和深呼吸时的RRIV。结果同组内左右侧起始潜伏期及波幅比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者组波幅较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者组平静呼吸和深呼吸时RRIV较对照组均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MSA-C患者存在SSR和RRIV异常,这两项检查可作为判断自主神经功能障碍的简便方法。
