色氨酸羟化酶2基因多态性与抑郁症及自杀企图的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨色氨酸羟化酶2(TPH2)基因启动子区的-8396G/C(rs4131347)、第7外显子区的rs7305115 A/G单核苷酸多态性与抑郁症及自杀企图的关系。方法提取105例有自杀企图的抑郁症患者、102例无自杀企图的抑郁症患者和100例健康对照者的基因组DNA,应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术检测THP2基因多态性。结果抑郁症患者和健康对照者TPH2 rs4131347、rs7305115基因型和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有自杀企图的抑郁症患者与无自杀企图的抑郁症患者TPH2 rs4131347基因型和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。rs7305115位点基因型及等位基因分布频率在抑郁症有、无自杀企图患者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抑郁症有自杀企图患者内的个体携带TPH2 rs7305115基因型AA的频率及等位基因A的频率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TPH2基因rs4131347、rs7305115单核苷酸多态性与抑郁症无明显关联。TPH2基因rs7305115位点AA基因型和A等位基因可能与抑郁症的自杀企图有关联,其可能是抑郁症的自杀企图的保护因素。
