CD14启动子区多态性介导幽门螺杆菌参与胃癌中上皮-间质转化路径的机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 胃癌起源于胃壁最表层的黏膜上皮细胞,是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害着人类的健康。胃癌的发病机制极其复杂,与环境、遗传以及致病菌感染等因素密切相关,其中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)引发的胃癌备受关注。Hp为微需氧革兰染色阴性菌,被认为是胃癌及胃黏膜相关淋巴癌的第一类致癌原。机体内免疫因子的表达能够影响Hp感染后的炎性反应过程及其严重程度,最终决定细菌感染的结局。
