我国农民/农民工信息意识现状及提升对策

The Information Awareness of Peasants or Off-Farm Workers in China and Strategies for Improvement

通过对全国21个省、直辖市、自治区约1700多个农民/农民工的问卷调查和访谈数据分析发现,我国农民/农民工整体上具备基本的信息意识。农民/农民工信息意识在性别、年龄和婚姻三个维度呈现出结构性差异,且存在有限的信息认知能力,较弱的用工信息判断力和缺乏主动获取信息的积极性三大问题。受教育程度、经济收入水平和从业环境是影响农民/农民工信息意识的主要因素。建议实施项目牵引推动战略、信息素养培养战略、公共信息服务平台战略、托底战略等以提升农民/农民工信息意识。
