摘要
对于大跨度空间桁架结构,不同拼装顺序产生的结构位移和应力有很大不同,寻求合理的拼装顺序是控制桁架内部拼装应力的关键,采用Midas软件过程模拟方法对大跨度空间桁架拼装顺序进行深入研究。以两种典型的施工顺序为例,结合南京金鹰天地广场项目,对拼装过程中结构产生的应力和位移的相互影响进行分析。提出实际工程中合理选择拼装方案的重要性,可为后续类似工程提供参考。
For long-span space truss structure, the displacement and stress of different assembly sequences are quite different. Rational assembly sequence is the key to control truss internal assembly stress. Midas process simulation method was adopted to conduct the tl-torough research on the long-span space truss assemble sequence. Taking two typical assembly sequences for example, based on Nanjing Golden Eagle Square to analyze the mutual influence of the stress and displacement generated in assembly process was analyzed. This paper emphasized the importance of reasonable assembly scheme in practical projects,which provided a reference for the subsequent similar projects.
