摘要 镇安抽水蓄能电站上水库利用沟谷地形筑坝形成水库。坝址两岸地势较陡,库区三面环山,山体较雄厚,库盆整体封闭条件较好。上水库天然来流量较小,水库渗漏及蒸发损失均需从下库补给,水量宝贵,合理选择库盆防渗型式不仅影响到项目建设单位的投资控制,更关系到电站建成投产后的安全、经济运行。文章结合可行性研究阶段的上水库建设条件,从不同角度对上水库库盆处理方式进行了比较选择,提出了库盆防渗处理方案。 The upper reservoir of Zhen'an Pumped Storage Power Plant is built with one dam to be constructed by utilization of the gulley in topography.At the dam site, both banks are steeper.The reservoir area is surrounded by mountains on three side.The mountains are higher and sound.The wholly enclosing conditions of the reservoir basin are better.The natural inflow discharge to the upper reservoir is a little.The reservoir seepage and evaporation both shall be compensated from the lower reservoir.The water volume is valuable.The rea-sonable selection of the impervious mode of the reservoir basin will not only affect the investment control but also be related to the safety and economic operation of the power plant after being built.Accordance with the construction conditions of the upper reservoir basin at the stage of the feasibility study, the impervious modes of the upper reservoir basin are compared in different views, proposing the scheme for the impervious treatment of the upper reservoir basin.
