总结了影响埃塞俄比亚ADAMA风机吊装项目成本的主要因素,如进度、机械租赁费、材料费、二次搬运费等,并提出了相应的控制成本措施,实践中有效控制了工程成本,取得良好效果,为更好地实施国际风电项目积累了经验。
The main factors impacting the cost control of WTG installation of Adama Wind Farm, Ethiopia, are summarized such as pro-gress, machine lease charges, material cost, re-transport costs, etc as well as the corresponding measures for the cost control are raised. In the practice, the project cost is effectively controlled and the excellent results are achieved.This accumulates the engineering experi-ence on the implementation of wind farm development .
