摘要 考察不同生长期枸杞菜中总黄酮和芦丁的含量,以确定枸杞菜的最佳采收期。采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,高效液相色谱法测定芦丁的含量。不同月份总黄酮和芦丁的含量具有显著的差异,5月和10月总黄酮和芦丁含量均较高。枸杞菜最佳采收期为春季5月下旬或秋季10月下旬。 Total flavonoids and rutin contents in wolfberry at different growth stages were detected in order to determine the optimum harvest of the wolfberry. UV spectrophotometry was used to determine total flavonoids content, rutin content was determined by HPLC. The results show that flavonoids and rutin contents in wolfberry at different growth stages have significant difference, flavonoids and rutin contents in wolfberry in May and October are high. So the best harvest of wolfberry should be in late May and in late October.
