摘要 电液执行控制系统广泛应用于石化、冶金等领域,但传统的电液控制系统在使用中对液压油抗污染能力、能耗、整机控制精度等方面严重不足,特别是不具备智能化功能。EHS智能电液执行控制系统针对此类问题,自主开发并完善了基于电磁逻辑球阀及PLC系统平台的具有高精度、智能化的高可靠性阀位控制系统。目前该系统已成功应用于石油化工企业苯酐装置,用于熔盐冷却器熔盐流量控制阀等关键特阀的阀位控制,应用效果良好。 Electro-hydraulic control system is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy and other fields, but the traditional electro-hydraulic control system has many shortcomings in application, such as poor hydraulic oil pollution resistant ability, high energy consumption, and the low control precision of the whole machine;especially it has not smart function. We have independently developed a totally new smart electro-hydraulic control system to overcome above problems. Based on electromagnetic ball valve and PLC system, the new valve position electro-hydraulic control system has the advantages of high precision, smart and high reliability. Presently, this system is successfully applied in PA Plants to control the valve position of melt salt cooler.
