2000m^3大型钢制球罐下极板开孔结构的应力强度评定

摘要 应用有限元软件对钢制球罐下极板开孔结构进行了组合工况的静力分析,考虑到下极板的结构特性和承载特性,结构采用ANSYS 12.1有限元软件提供的20节点称单元(solid 95)进行建模,施加位移约束和载荷边界条件之后,得到了其结构的应力及应变云图,并依据JB 4732-1995《钢制压力容器分析设计标准》,参照GB12337—1998《钢制球形储罐》对其进行了强度评定。计算结果表明,该球罐的下极板结构是可靠的,为后续大型结构的设计和优化提供了工程实用价值。 Static analysis on lower plate hole of large steel tank under two kinds of working conditions was carried out with the finite element software. Considering the structural properties and bearing characteristics of the lower plate, model of the structure was established by 20-nodes elements (SOLID 95) of ANSYS 12.1 software. After applying displacement constraints and load boundary conditions, the cloud pictures of stress and strain were obtained. And the strength assessment was carried out according to JB 4732-1995 steel pressure vessel analysis and design standards and reference GB12337-1998 steel spherical tanks. The results show that the lower plate structure of the tank is reliable.
