Research Progress in Reducing Agents for Producing Industrial Grade Silicon

在工业硅的生产中主要用碳质还原剂。主要的碳质还原剂包括木炭、石油焦、烟煤和蓝炭,通过对各种还原剂的介绍,可以找到各种还原剂的优缺点,主要集中在原料的来源、对生产条件的要求以及对环境的保护,还有找出未来的发展方向。

The main reductant in the production of industrial grade silicon is carbonaceous reductant.The main carbonaceous reductants include charcoal,petroleum coke,bitumious coal and semi coke. In this paper,all kinds of reducing agents were introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed from the aspects of the raw material sources, the requirement of production conditions, the environment protection and the development direction in the future.
