The drying process and principle of loop polypropylene plant were introduced. The factors to cause poor drying effect were discussed in detail, such as nitrogen temperature after washing, the powder’s moisture content in the steaming pot, drying time, the flow and temperature of drying nitrogen, dryer’s fault. Aimed at problems in the drying process, some measures to optimize the drying system were put forward.
