科学价值系统存在于一定环境之中,科学价值的实现也依赖于一定的环境因素。只有真正提高社会大众的科学文化素养和绿色环保意识,才能构筑科学价值合理实现的环境保障。具体来说,就是应做到加强科学传播的专业化建设、加大科普工作的力度、提高科学教育的实效性、提倡绿色消费和循环经济等。
