非承重冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体温度场模拟 被引量:1

摘要 利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了三组非承重冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体单面受火有限元模型,研究了组合墙体两侧石膏板层数及墙体内所填充的隔热材料对整体墙体耐火性能的影响。通过与已有试验对比分析表明,基于ANSYS的有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合加好,模型能再现墙体受火现象,为冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的耐火性能研究提供一定的参考。 This paper presents the details of this numerical study into the thermal performance of non-load hearing walls lined with various configurations of plasterboard and insulation. Based on the standard time-temperature curve in IS0834, three models of non-load bearing cold-formed steel wall systems were established by finite element software ANSYS. And the accuracy of the finite element models was validated by comparing the numerical results with available fire test results. The model can reproduce the phenomenon of fire wall,which can proviole some reference for the fire resistance performence study of cold-formed steel.
