肝纤维化信号转导通路研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肝纤维化治疗仍是目前治疗肝病的重点及难点,然而肝纤维化形成过程中需要诸多信号转导通路的参与,故肝纤维化信号通路研究可以更深入研究肝纤维化的发病机制,也为肝纤维化的防治提供了更多靶点和有效的途径。
