提质褐煤煤粉粘结剂成型特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 以内蒙古白音华提质褐煤煤粉为研究对象,通过有粘结剂冷压成型方法研究了成型工艺因素与褐煤型煤强度的关系,并采用傅里叶红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对粘结剂成型机理进行分析。试验结果表明:当1#提质褐煤煤粉与2#提质褐煤煤粉的配比为3∶2,水分为20%,成型压力为25 MPa时,所得型煤抗压强度可达10.45 k N/个,落下强度为91.34%。在成型过程中,提质褐煤煤粉与添加剂中的—OH和—COOH缔合的羟键和化学键,使煤粒与粘结剂的作用力更大;同时,在成型压力作用下,煤粒之间的机械啮合力增大,型煤强度增大。 Using the upgraded fine lignite as research object,studied the relationship between the molding process factors and the strength of briquetted upgraded lignite based on the cold press forming process with composite binders,and analyzed the molding mechanism of binder by FT-IR and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that when the mass percentage of 1^#and 2^#lignite is 3 ∶ 2,the water content is 20% and the pressure is 25 MPa,the compressive strength and the dropping strength of upgraded lignite can reached to 10.45 k N and 91.34% respectively.During the molding process,the associating hydroxyl bond and chemical bond were formed by-OH and-COOH in upgraded lignite and additives made the binding powers between lignite and additives more stronger; meanwhile under the effect of molding pressure,the mechanical meshing force between coal particles increased,so increased the strength of briquetted lignite.
