摘要
为了实现煤矸石的高附加值综合利用,以煤矸石为主要原料,加入少量的脱硫石膏、石灰和水泥熟料,并选用铝粉作为发气剂,制备泡沫混凝土。探讨了煤矸石掺量对泡沫混凝土制品抗压强度和绝干容重的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜分析了其微观结构和水化产物。试验结果表明:当煤矸石掺量为66%时,泡沫混凝土制品的抗压强度达4.3 MPa,绝干容重为675 kg/m3,且其中钙矾石和C—S—H凝胶协同生成,制品质量较好。
In order to achieve the high-value added comprehensive utilization of coal gangue,take the gangue as main material,by adding small amount of gypsum,lime and clinker in coal gangue and using aluminum powder as foaming agent preparing foamed concrete.The paper investigated the effect of adding quantity of gangue on bulk density and compressive strength of foamed concrete,and analyzed hydration mechanism and microstructure of foamed concrete by SEM images.The results showed that when the adding ratio of gangue is 66%,the compressive strength is 4.3 MPa and bulk density was 675 kg / m^3,and the ettringite and C—S—H gel synergies generated,so the product with better quality.
