为降低海湾选煤厂的块煤产品破碎率,结合圆筒仓的结构形式和产品装车方式,选择LX-1000仓壁小螺旋溜槽作为块煤产品储存仓的防破碎设施。介绍了LX-1000仓壁小螺旋溜槽的结构、工作原理、技术特点、技术参数,并介绍了该溜槽在海湾选煤厂的实际应用效果。实践表明:LX-1000仓壁小螺旋溜槽能有效降低块煤产品的破碎率,提高块煤产品质量,进而提高企业经济效益。

In order to reduce the breaking rate of lump coal in Haiwan coal preparation plant,considered the silo structure method and product loading mode,selected the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute as device of preventing lump coal breakage.The paper introduced the structure,working principle,technical features,technical parameters of the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute,and analyzed the actual application effect of the chute in the Haiwan coal preparation plant.The application shows that the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute can effectively reduce the breaking rate of lump coal,improving lump coal quality and so increasing the economic efficiency of enterprise.
