摘要
生物大分子药物已成为21世纪药物研发中最具发展前景的领域之一,在重大疾病治疗中已取得重大进展,但在体内递送方面仍然存在诸多亟待解决的难题和障碍。近年来,通过研制各种生物大分子药物新剂型,在解决上述问题方面取得了一定进展,但临床使用效果仍不能令人满意。鉴于生物大分子药物的重要性及对国家整体医药发展的带动性,生物大分子药物体内高效传递系统研究对于解决生物大分子药物目前存在的瓶颈问题并实现生物大分子药物产业化具有重大意义。构建多功能性与协同作用的生物大分子药物高效递送系统将是今后生物大分子药物发展的重要方向。
Biomacromolecular drugs, one of the most promising areas of drug development in the 21 st century, have achieved significant progress in the treatment of major diseases. However, many challenges and obstacles in terms of in vivo delivery remain to be solved. In recent years, by developing new formulations of biomacromolecular drugs, some achievements have been made in addressing these issues, but the clinical results are still unsatisfactory. In the light of the importance of biomacromolecular drugs, the study of efficient in vivo delivery system is of great significance for its industrialization. Multifunctional in vivo delivery system with synergistic effect will be the main trend of future development of biomacromolecular drugs.
