摘要
首先提出了关怀道德理论,指出了关怀道德理论研究出发点是女性并分析了它的内涵,其次分析护理核心价值观,对护理所面对的照护对象、从事护理事业的特色群体和现代社会的护理进行了阐述,最后认为关怀道德理论研究为护理核心价值观的研究提供理论基础,并从关怀道德理论得到对护理教育事业的启示。
In this paper, the authors introduced the theory of care moral, pointed out the care moral theory research starting point is the women and analyzed its connotation. And then the nursing core values were analyzed, facing to the nursing care of objects, the characteristics of a career in nursing group and expatiates on the care of modem society, the care moral theory could provide theoretical basis for the study of nursing core values, and have enlightenments for nursing education.
