提升口腔医学本科生医德教育水平的探讨

Improvement of Medical Ethics Education Level in Stomatological Undergraduate Students

当下口腔医学本科生教育中存在重视专业技能培养,忽视医德医风教育的问题,从医学院校、教学医院、医学生、口腔专业特殊性四个方面存在的多种原因着手进行分析与探讨,指出口腔医学本科生医德教育在整个教育过程中的必要性与重要性,并提出需制定具有针对性的医德医风教育的标准与评估体系,改善课程设置,在医学教育不同时期采取相应不同的教育手段,加强带教教师选拔与队伍建设等提升医德教育水平的方法。

In stomatological unde ate students education, professional skills training is paid much more attention to rather than the medical ethics education. The reasons are analyzed and discussed from four aspects including schools, hospitals, students, stomatology specialties. The article points out that the stomatological undergraduate students ethics education is necessary and important in the entire education process. In order to enhance the level, it needs to draw up the standards and evaluation system of medical ethics education, improve curriculum, adopt corresponding medical education in different educational period, and strengthen teachers＇ selection and the team construction.
